NEW YORK POLICY:

Due to appointment times being in high demand and with limited availability, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking your appointment. We enforce a strict cancellation policy that requires 48 hours prior notice for ALL appointments.  All appointments, excluding new procedures, which are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed for 50% of the cost of the procedure.  All new procedures that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be billed a $250 cancellation fee.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, you may be subject to rescheduling and treated as a cancellation.  As a courtesy, we try to confirm your appointment a week prior. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees. We appreciate your understanding of our policy and thank you for your dedicated patronage.

pennsylvania POLICY:

Permanent Makeup, Skincare and New Lash Set Appointments: All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice (weekends excluded) will be billed a $50 fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, you will be marked as a "no-show" and billed accordingly. 

Lash Fill appointments: All appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice (weekends excluded) will be billed 50% of the cost of the appointment. If we do not have a credit card on file, we will need to collect the fee before rescheduling or scheduling your next appointment.
